The MIJC gathered at Dukes for a little Halloween off-road wheeling fun. I drove the YJ down and back to go wheeling. Had a great time, and the YJ performed great again. A little shorter and lower than most but didn't get hung up on anything. Most were having problems getting up Widow Maker, and I wasn't sure what it would hold for me. However I pulled up to the hill, took one shot and drove right up. They said I made it look too easy. I also made it up Spider Gulch, but only on my third try. The first two attempt's I too a line too for Left, the too for right, but the third try was just right. I did get stuck in the mud hole ditch, just as almost every one else did. I almost made it on the first attempt,. but with out a front locker was only in three wheel peel. 2014-10-25 | |
