Well, after a little wheeling fun at Green Acres, I started to notice a squeak, squeak, squeak.  Guess what I found, yep a bad front drive shaft U-Joint, the one hard to get to with the grease gun, the one at the T-Case.  It now has two new freshly greased U-Joints, and no more squeak.  2012-08-18
Well, it's time to start the planning and process to either re-build the 4.0, or re-power it with a Mopar 318. With the TF999 clearly having more and more issues, and the 4.0's oil use, I'm strongly considering building the 318 V-8 from a 1990 Dodge W250 equipped with a A518 (4spd) and use the 231 with SYE as the new power source.  So will I re-Power or Re-Build?  2012-08-19  thru  2012-10-16
Well yesterday the Jeep Transmission gave up the battle, not gradually, but all at once.  I didn't make it home, but did cost the Jeep into my buddies Body Shop Parking Lot.  I went back with the Trailer and brought the Jeep home to start the "Transmission Job".  2012-08-29  thru  2012-11-01
The Power Plant Decision is complete.  I'm Re-Building, well is sort of.  This will chronicle the rebuilding and Stroking of my engine from a 4.0L HO 6 cylinder into a 4.6L HO 6 cylinder.  2012-10-16 thru 2012-11-01
Now that the Engine and drive train are mostly done, I've started the Body Repair and Modification.  2012-11-02 thru 2012-12-31
Paint and Reassembly is now under way.  2013-01-07 thru 2013-01-28

Activity since the Paint and Reassembly have been completed
Starting the Tire and Axle Upgrades, slow but progress is one step at a time.
